Description

The Client Success Associate will collaborate with Client Success Managers to drive successful client launches and ensure continued usage and growth across the organization. The CSA will be involved in the entire onboarding process, from guiding the client from initial purchase order creation to full implementation and adoption.

The Associate Client Management will report directly to the Senior Manager of Client Success

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and gather all study documents for upload.
  • Identify meta-data for each study based on research summary and information from client.
  • Load meta-data and documents using the KnowledgeHound technologies. Through this process, identify and recommend improvements needed to be more efficient in the process.
  • Work directly with the Director of Data Quality in cleaning of data files and identify ways to increase efficiencies.
  • Putting oneself in the client’s shoes, test the search engine accuracy and propose improvements.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and monitor usage trends of the site.

Required Skills/Attributes

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in the market research or insights industry.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Self-starter & extremely proactive.
  • Technical curiosity.
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized.
  • Embraces ambiguity as an opportunity.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with advanced Excel features and SPSS a plus.
