Recipe courtesy of A. Andrew Gonzalez This recipe makes one of the best desserts we've ever had. Not only is it delicious, but it solves a number of culinary challenges. It's: ~ Easy to make ~ Fast to make ~ Requires no baking ~ Diary-free / Casein-free ~ Egg-free ~ Vegan and vegetarian ~ Kosher ~ Contains no refined sugar ~ Can be made with 100% organic ingredients (GMO-free) INGREDIENTS: Ready made graham cracker or chocolate pie crust Optional: 1/2 - 1cup coconut flakes Melt the chocolate in the microwave. use a blender to mix all ingredients together until they have a creamy consistency. Pour into the pie crust and chill in the freezer for two hours before serving. This creates a very rich pie, so keep your slices small. Remember... Your eyes are bigger than your stomach!
