  • Comfortable working throughout all phases of the design process from research to deployment.
  • Ability to build out user flows and prototypes of new product features.
  • Comfortable working with Figma.

What happens next

Client Success Manager

At KnowledgeHound, our customers come first. Their voice and feedback fuel our every decision about how we build and market our product. The Client Success Team serves as both the front-line for these decision-making processes, and as the quarterbacks for our customers’ needs. Your job will be to maintain and increase the retention rate of our customers by understanding their objectives and creating customized adoption plans around them. You will step into each of our customers’ organizations’ day-to-day to see how KnowledgeHound can bring value to various teams therein.

Understand and execute against client business objectives, showcasing the value of KnowledgeHound solutions at every interaction. Interactions may include:

  • Helping build dashboards using customers’ research data 
  • Providing fast and thorough support for users

The CSM will partner with the Account Managers to ensure there is a plan in place with each client by conducting regular check-in calls for tactical items and performing business reviews for alignment of objectives and outcomes.

Simultaneously manage multiple clients who are at different points on the account lifecycle.

Maintain a deep understanding of the KnowledgeHound software and how its usage can provide value to clients from a variety of sectors, verticals and departments.

KnowledgeHound is looking for a Data Quality Project Manager who will be tasked with handling our client’s market research data. Everything from extensive data sets to in-depth reports will be handled by our Implementation team. This means they oversee QCing and loading data sets for our clients to use our platform effectively. They will report directly to the Senior Manager of Business Operations and work closely with the Customer Success team in order to drive data projects forward as efficiently as possible. It’s key that you are well organized, pay extreme attention to detail, and enjoy the process of creative problem-solving. If you are an analytically minded person with sharp attention to detail, then we encourage you to apply! 

Depending on the day, you will:

  • Assist client success team in collecting historical study documents during the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with client success team, clients and their vendors to develop a process for study collection on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with vendors to complete and QA data processing projects.
  • Review and load client data files to ensure usability within the platform.
  • Monitor progress of data processing team and identify areas for improvement/opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Proactively anticipate roadblocks and communicate accordingly to clients and multi-functional teams.

You’re qualified if:

  • You have 2+ years of data processing and analysis (ideally with a market research vendor) or similar experience, along with project management.
  • You are proficient with SPSS.
  • You have a general understanding of market research design (survey development, sampling, weighting).
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients and work collaboratively cross-functionally.
  • You pay strong attention to detail, enjoy creative thinking and investigating possible solutions to problems.
  • You demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to shift priorities based on the needs of the client/team.
